Quentin Jacobsen has spent a lifetime loving the magnificently adventurous Margo Roth Spiegelman from afar. So when she cracks open a window and climbs back into his life—dressed like a ninja and summoning him for an ingenious campaign of revenge—he follows.
After their all-nighter ends and a new day breaks, Q arrives at school to discover that Margo, always an enigma, has now become a mystery. But Q soon learns that there are clues—and they’re for him. Urged down a disconnected path, the closer he gets, the less Q sees of the girl he thought he knew.

Review
Having heard so many good things about this book I thought it would be something spectacularly good (like The Fault in Our Stars or something) but it just wasn't. I wasn't exactly disappointed but I wasn't exactly satisfied either. There are some things I didn't particularly like but Paper Towns isn't a bad book at all, just saying.

In the beginning it was very interesting and a lot of things happened. Margo sneaks Quentin out of the house and goes on a mission with him. But after she's gone it kind of got boring in a way. I mean it's not like there wasn't a plot or anything, but it was a little monotonous. I thought Quentin became pretty obsessed with Margo even though he realizes he doesn't know her well/at all. Everything leads up to the moment when Quentin finds Margo but it's a little anticlimactic. I mean it wraps up the story well enough but I thought there would have been more.

I laughed out loud a lot, especially when they all go on the road-trip. That was just the most hilarious thing I've ever read. I thought the friendship Quentin, Ben and Radar have is the most realistic one I have read so far.

I heard Paper Towns is similar to Looking For Alaska. I haven’t read that book yet, haven’t seen it in stores either to be honest. I do want to read all John Green’s books though.
